What You’ll Be Doing

As a Train Presentation Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our trains look their best and are ready to welcome thousands of passengers each day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Train Presentation colleagues to achieve outstanding cleaning standards
  • Setting the example by delivering hands-on cleaning duties to GTR’s high presentation standards
  • Acting as the Site Person in Charge, ensuring safety and smooth operations when required
  • Identifying and reporting faults or vandalism using the correct procedures
  • Monitoring team performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvements where needed
  • Making sure all tasks meet company quality and safety standards

This is a role where your leadership genuinely shapes the passenger experience.
