Job Description

The internship will take place within Eurostar’s Sustainability team, which is responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s Sustainability strategy (carbon, circularity, certifications, reporting).

Your mission

As a Sustainability Intern, you will support the team in data collection and analysis, reporting, and communication activities.

Your responsibilities

Reporting support (including EcoVadis)

  • Collect, structure, and consolidate ESG data;
  • Participate in the preparation and submission of the EcoVadis questionnaire and verify the consistency, quality, and validity of the documentation;
  • Contribute to the collection, verification, and formatting of ESG data for external publications (website, external stakeholders, etc.);
  • Prepare and format documents related to ESG indicators for various reports.

Internal coordination

  • Collaborate with different departments and assist in the collection of information;
  • Participate in and facilitate project management meetings with internal stakeholders (reporting, reports);
  • Prepare meeting minutes.

ESG Communication

  • Support internal and external communication activities.

Your profile

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: sustainability, environmental sciences, economics, or engineering.
  • You are autonomous and work with a high level of accuracy.
  • You have strong analytical skills and pay close attention to detail.
  • You are well organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborate easily with different stakeholders.
  • You have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

What we are looking for

  • A strong interest in ESG/CSR topics and the sustainable mobility sector.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Previous experience (internship, academic project, student association, etc.) is considered an asset but is not required.

Technical skills

  • Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
  • Interest in reporting activities (knowledge of EcoVadis is considered an asset).
  • Strong written communication skills in French and English.

Languages

  • Fluent in French or English, with an excellent command of the other language (mandatory).

Start date: June/July 2026
