About the Role
Network Rail High Speed Ltd. (NRHS) is responsible for operating and maintaining the UK’s only international high-speed railway (HS1). We are seeking a Standards Publications & Data Analyst to join our Safety, Health & Environment department.
What You’ll Do
As a Standards Publications & Data Analyst, you will maintain NRHS’s publishing processes to deliver standards documentation to internal and external clients. You will also manage data relating to the standards and controls framework.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and update publishing Information Management and web-based solutions to ensure continuous access to essential NRHS documentation for internal users and external suppliers.
- Provide expert advice and support for the governance of Standards and controls publications processes to help NRHS customers and suppliers meet compliance targets.
- Monitor inputs and outputs of relevant team management systems and processes to enable analysis, continuous improvement, and accurate information reports for associated Standards framework Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain process arrangements for the revision and re-issue of NRHS Standards to provide new and current documentation online for customers.
- Support publication programme schedules and plans to ensure the prompt publication and delivery of Standards and Control documentation and associated information for the business and wider industry.
- Control individual projects to agreed time, cost, and quality parameters to deliver ongoing process efficiencies and business benefits.
About You
Essential Skills and Experience
- Good knowledge of best practices in document management systems and techniques.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of database solutions.
- Good working knowledge of KPI analysis (e.g., Power BI).
- Good organisational, administrative, and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience of working in an environment where strong customer focus is vital for success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Good knowledge of railway relevant legislation, the rail industry, and Network Rail’s or NRHS organisation and processes.

Location and Salary
The role is based at London Stratford Place, with frequent travel to other office and site locations along the High Speed line expected. The salary is approximately £30,000.
