The Nottingham driver team are looking for Driver Mentors to join the team on a secondment basis.

As a Driver Mentor you will:

  • Undertake mentoring of practical and technical driver training and the accumulation of hours for train handling
  • Complete necessary training documentation
  • Act as an ambassador for exemplary Driver behaviours

We are looking for a Driver with at least 3 years’ experience who is looking to contribute to the success of the Nottingham Driver team through great mentoring. You will be an excellent communicator and have a positive attitude towards rules and procedures. You will also be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload.
