About the Role
Undertake the full range of procurement activities, including obtaining supplier prices, tendering, negotiation, and purchase order placement. Assist in the procurement of higher value and more complex commodities. Provision of dedicated support to senior staff in commodity area 4. Target specific goods, services, and/or suppliers to identify how tangible improvements may be made in the procurement of these goods and services.
Salary
Circa £29,000 per annum

Your Experience and Skills
- Essential: Commercial experience and aptitude.
- Essential: Understanding of procurement processes.
- Desirable: Knowledge of procurement and competition legislation, procurement procedures, processes, systems, and controls.
- Desirable: Membership or training for qualifications in a relevant professional institution.
